Dear Councilman, I am a student , my name is Isidora. I’m writing to tell you about the streets flooded by rain in lomas san sebastian. This problem started a long time ago because the streets are very poorly built , it is very difficult for the cars to cross the streets because they breakdown . I think if you rebuild the streets again, but this time in the right way, you will save time and money. because normally they repair the street but the problem is still there i hope yo receive this and help , thank you so much ,have a great day!
